The Alberta AA Provincial Championship Tournaments concluded with the SCAHL taking a Gold Medal in Pee Wee AA and Silver Medals in Bantam AA and Midget AA.
The Medicine Hat Hounds are the 2018 Pee Wee AA Provincial Champions, taking a 2-1 overtime win over the Hockey Calgary Springbank Rockies. The Hounds, who were 39-1-2 during their SCAHL season, are to be congratulated on a spectacular season.
In Bantam AA, the West Central Tigers fell in the Championship game to Lakeland Panthers of Hockey Edmonton by a 4-1 score.
The Lethbridge Hurricane Hounds could not get past the host PAC Saints in Stony Plain, by a 4-2 deficit.
The SCAHL is proud of the accomplishment of all three of it's League Champions.
